Lasso Loop Recycling was accepted for Cohort 4 of AB InBev’s 100+ Accelerator program (out of 1700 applications). The program kickoff was last month at ABI’s headquarters in Leuven, Belgium. Head of marketing and growth Dominique Leonard and electronics & sensors developer Robin Verbruggen represented Lasso at the accelerator kickoff and met with executives from major consumer goods companies, including AB InBev, The Coca-Cola Company, Colgate-Palmolive, and Unilever, as well as more than 40 incredible startups that are designing products for a sustainable future.
During the exciting week, the team worked with ABI to start defining the scope-of-work for a pilot project that will align with Lasso’s vision of a waste-free future, as well as addressing critical sustainability gaps in corporate supply chains. This accelerator pilot program will start in 2023 and last for 6 months. The project will end with a pitch to investors, that will aid in Lasso’s next round of funding.
We are looking forward to working with AB InBev, and bringing the Lasso Appliance to consumers homes’ soon.
Here’s to into a waste-free future!
